What you might be wondering

Is this only for coaches and healers?
Not at all. BEX is built for every kind of business owner — coaches, shop owners, service providers, product businesses, consultants, freelancers, corporate entrepreneurs. If you have a business and a nervous system, this is for you.
How much time does it take each day?
Each module takes 30 to 45 minutes. The video is 20 to 30 minutes, the body practice 2 to 10 minutes, and the journal prompt as long as you need. Work through them in your own time — inside the private vault.
What if I fall behind?
You have lifetime access inside the private vault. Work through the modules at your own pace. The sequence matters — try to follow it — but this is yours to return to as many times as you need.
I have done mindset work before. How is this different?
